Acceptable Stay. Noise Issues Need Addressing

central locationinadequate soundproofingmusic noise
The central location is convenient for accessing many areas.
The noise insulation is inadequate. I clearly heard music from the bar above until late. It disrupted my sleep even with earplugs. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging so much per night. Improvements in soundproofing are essential.

The location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room had nice decor. It really gave a special feeling. The restaurant also offered delicious options for breakfast.
The room was not cleaned one day. I was told a DND sign caused that. Though it was only up until 1 PM. Space was very tight with two suitcases. I could hear the rooftop bar bass until late.

The visit proved less then stellar since I yearned to admire this hotel. It did not delivered on several fronts. Staff was pleasant enough but not what one expect for this price. The room was nothing special. The blind required manual labor and was quite annoying. I feel like I was doing physical activity when I wanted to relax.
